How to Save Time in your Online Classes Part II

by Andy Nakatomi

Note: This article is an expansion of a previous time management article on ACCNerd.

When I first started attending school online, I was shocked at the amount of time I spent on homework and discussions each week. Many people start online classes thinking that it will be a time-saving way to go, but this could not be further from the truth. I've deceived to make this blog post to give students a few tips on ways they can save time on their weekly assignments. My goal is to give you more time to spend with your friends and family, rather than be glued to a computer screen.

Time Saver 1 - Custom Tutoring

Using the custom essay writing service is an excellent way to save you hours of work each week. A 1,200 word essay will take, on average, 3 to 6 hours to complete. This is only includes the writing portion of the essay! You also have to consider all the research that goes into developing a high quality paper. Luckily, our tutors are highly experienced at creating high performance essays that will have you countless hours of hard work.

Time Saver 2 - Read First, Write Second

If you have a big essay ahead, make sure to complete all the required reading first. Many students make the mistake of trying to write the essay before they complete all the reading. This strategy will just lead to roadblocks and frustration.  If you don't fully understand the material, there is no point in trying to write about.

Time Saver 3 - Avoid Distractions

Our busy lives are full of distractions from work, kids, bills, etc. Trying to fit in schoolwork between these distractions can be a daunting task. Try to set aside some time each day to focus on school work when there will be minimal distractions. Check out this very helpful article when it comes to avoiding distractions

Final Thoughts

These three time savers have been essential to me. If you implement these strategies you will likely save at least 5 hours per week, if not more. I hope to expand on this article soon after discussing time saving tips with some of our students.
